Before you call
Questions people ask before their first call
Everything below is about what actually happens when you call: how the call reaches you, what it costs, and what a reading does and does not do. If something you want to know is not here, write to us and it will be.
No legal or medical questions. You must be 18 or older. For entertainment purposes only.
Do I have to call a phone number?
No. You choose a reader on the website, press the button on their page, and the system calls your own phone. When you answer, the reader is already on the line. You never dial anything and your number is never shown to anyone else.
How much does it cost?
Each reader has a rate per minute, written on their page before you start. That is the whole price: there is no booking fee, no subscription and nothing monthly. You add balance first and calls are charged from it by the minute, so a call can never cost more than the balance you have.
What happens if nobody picks up, or I change my mind?
Nothing is charged. Charging starts when you answer, so a call you let ring costs you nothing.
What happens when my balance runs out mid-call?
You hear a short spoken notice while there is still time to finish the conversation, and then the reader says goodbye and the call ends. The line does not simply go dead. If you want more time, add balance and start another call.
How long does a reading last?
As long as you want it to. You need balance for at least two minutes to start one, and you hang up whenever you like, without explaining why. Many first calls are short on purpose.
Can I have the reading in Spanish?
Yes. The language of the reading is the language of the page you start it from: a call started from an English reader page is in English, one started from the Spanish version of that page is in Spanish. Each reader page says which languages that reader reads in.
What can I ask about?
Anything you are actually turning over: a relationship, a decision, a change you did not choose, a dream that keeps coming back, or a feeling you cannot name yet. Open questions get you further than yes-or-no ones, and one question you care about is worth more than a list.
What will a reader not do?
No health, money or legal questions: those belong to a doctor, an accountant or a lawyer, and a reader will tell you so. No dates and no guaranteed outcomes. Nothing said in a reading can make something happen or stop it from happening. This is also not a crisis line: in an emergency, call the services where you are.
Who sees what I said on the call?
Your account keeps the date, the length and the cost of each call so you can check what you were charged. What you talked about is not published anywhere, and reviews are written by customers themselves, never from the content of a call. The privacy page explains what is kept and for how long.
Is this for real?
Readings here are for entertainment and for adults 18 and over, and the site says so on every page. What is real about it is the attention: time spent on your own situation with someone who has no stake in how it turns out. What you do with the reading is yours to decide.
If you are ready, choosing a reader takes a minute and the first call can be two.
